While we’re confident you’ll love your purchase, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products when purchased through coffeedrinksus.com. All items must be in original, unused condition with packaging intact.

Important Exceptions:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened coffee beans, tea leaves, or drink mixes (Brickhouse, China Mist, etc.)
  • Used culinary items or opened drink products
  • Custom-ordered commercial equipment (Comobar systems, Bunn Commercial Brewers)
  • Any product where the sanitary seal has been broken

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

  • Your order number
  • Product name(s) and quantity
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for defective items or our error)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

For non-defective returns:

  • Pack items securely in original packaging
  • Include all accessories and documentation
  • Affix the RMA number clearly on the package

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund timing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Refund method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement within 1-2 business days after receiving your return
  • You’ll receive tracking information via email
  • Standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error

Commercial Equipment Note:

For returns of Bunn Commercial Brewers, espresso machines, or other heavy equipment:

  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Must be shipped via freight with insurance
  • 15% restocking fee may apply

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange for replacement shipping at no cost to you
